Privacy Policy

Last updated · May 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Naugur (“we”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our websites, applications, and related services (the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

  • Account data. Email address and authentication metadata when you sign in.
  • Wallet data. The public address of the wallet provisioned for your account, along with on-chain activity such as trades, claims, and balances.
  • Usage data. Pages viewed, markets opened, device and browser metadata, IP address (used for security and country detection), and approximate geolocation derived from IP.
  • Communications. The contents of messages you send us through email or in-product forms.

2. How we use information

  • To operate, secure, and improve the Service;
  • To enforce these Terms, prevent fraud, and detect manipulation;
  • To comply with applicable law, including jurisdictional restrictions on prediction-market access;
  • To send transactional emails (sign-in codes, trade notifications, settlements) and, where you have opted in, product updates.

3. On-chain data

Trades, claims, and market settlements occur on the Polygon blockchain and are public by nature. We cannot delete, modify, or anonymise data once it has been written on chain. Anyone can associate a wallet address with the activity it conducts on the Service.

4. Sharing

We share personal information with: service providers that help us operate the Service (hosting, email delivery, fraud detection); professional advisors; and authorities where required by law or where necessary to protect our rights, users, or the public. We do not sell personal information.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for session management, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may degrade parts of the Service.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations and to resolve disputes. On-chain data is retained indefinitely by the blockchain itself and is outside our control.

7. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for protecting access to your sign-in method and devices.

8. International transfers

We may process personal information in countries other than your country of residence. By using the Service you consent to such transfers, subject to applicable safeguards.

9. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.

12. Contact
